What Does Refurbished Mean?

Every refurbished device passes a rigorous multi-point inspection and ride-critical functional testing before it is graded. The grade reflects cosmetic condition; Grade C may additionally have broken non-critical parts, which are noted and sold as-is.

Grade A — Light Wear

Light cosmetic wear such as minor scratches or scuffs from normal use. Fully functional and tested. Best choice if cosmetic condition matters most.

Grade B — Moderate Wear

Moderate cosmetic wear — visible scratches, scuffs, or dents. Fully functional and tested. Our most popular grade — the best balance of condition and value.

Grade C — Heavy Wear

Heavy cosmetic wear, and may have broken non-functional parts such as the handle, headlight, or speaker. Ride-critical systems (motor, brakes, battery) are tested and confirmed working; any broken non-critical parts are noted at sale, sold as-is, and not covered by warranty. Grade C is pickup-only at our Westminster, CA warehouse — not shipped. Deepest discount.
