Return & Refund Policy

14-Day Return Window

We accept returns on certified refurbished devices within 14 days of delivery, provided the device is returned in the same condition as received — no additional scratches, damage, or signs of use beyond initial testing.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email customers@inmotionworld.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will respond within 1 business day and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Pack the device securely and ship it to us with the RMA number clearly marked.
  4. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the device.

Return Shipping

  • Change of mind returns: The buyer is responsible for shipping costs in both directions — the original outbound shipping and the return shipping. If your order qualified for free shipping at checkout, the actual outbound shipping cost paid by InMotion will be deducted from your refund.
  • Defective or incorrectly shipped items: We cover shipping in both directions. We will provide a prepaid return label, and any shipping you paid on the original order will be fully refunded.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
  • Items showing additional damage, modification, or heavy use
  • Replacement parts that have been installed
  • Items marked as Final Sale

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–10 business days after we initiate the refund.

Service Fee on Change-of-Mind Refunds

Payment processors do not return their transaction fees when an order is refunded. To offset this unrecoverable cost, change-of-mind refunds are subject to a non-refundable service fee equal to the original processor fee:

  • Credit / debit card payments — 3.6% of the order total
  • PayPal payments — 4.4% of the order total

This fee does not apply to refunds for defective items, incorrect shipments, warranty claims, or orders cancelled before the device ships.

Warranty Claims

If your device develops a functional defect within the 90-day warranty period, see our Warranty Policy instead. Warranty claims may result in repair or replacement rather than a refund.
