Return & Refund Policy

14-Day Return Window

We accept returns on certified refurbished devices within 14 days of delivery, provided the device is returned in the same condition as received — no additional scratches, damage, or signs of use beyond initial testing.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@inmotionservicecentre.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will respond within 1 business day and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Pack the device securely and ship it to us with the RMA number clearly marked.
  4. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the device.

Return Shipping

  • Change of mind: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Defective or incorrectly shipped items: We will provide a prepaid return label.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
  • Items showing additional damage, modification, or heavy use
  • Replacement parts that have been installed
  • Items marked as Final Sale

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–10 business days after we initiate the refund.

Warranty Claims

If your device develops a functional defect within the 90-day warranty period, see our Warranty Policy instead. Warranty claims may result in repair or replacement rather than a refund.
