By using the InMotion Service Centre website and purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. About Us
InMotion Service Centre is the official InMotion warranty and service partner for North America. We sell certified refurbished InMotion electric unicycles, scooters, and genuine replacement parts.
2. Products
All certified refurbished devices are graded A, B, or C based on cosmetic condition. All grades pass the same functional testing. Grade descriptions are accurate to the best of our ability; minor variations are inherent in pre-owned products.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted. We accept major credit cards and accelerated checkout methods offered through Shopify Payments. Payment is charged at the time of order placement.
4. Shipping
We ship within the continental United States. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances outside our control.
5. Warranty
All certified devices include a 90-day warranty covering functional defects. Parts include a 30-day defect warranty. See our Warranty Policy for full details.
6. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for devices in the same condition as received. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InMotion Service Centre shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
8. Safety
You are responsible for riding safely, wearing appropriate protective gear, and complying with all local laws regarding PEV use. We are not responsible for injuries or property damage arising from use of our products.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
