SHIPPING POLICY

1. SHIPPING AREA & RATES

  • Continental United States: Devices priced at $300 or more ship free via UPS/FedEx Ground. All other orders — parts, accessories, and devices under $300 — ship at standard carrier-calculated rates shown at checkout.
  • Canada: All orders ship at carrier-calculated rates. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer's responsibility and are either collected at checkout (where supported) or by the carrier upon delivery. No free shipping applies to Canadian orders.
  • Not eligible for shipping: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses are excluded due to carrier restrictions on lithium batteries and heavy electronics.

2. DELIVERY TIME

  • Spare Parts & Accessories: In-stock orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery takes 2-8 business days depending on your location.
  • Refurbished Units: Refurbished Electric Unicycles and Scooters undergo a final quality check before dispatch. Please allow 2-4 business days for processing. These units are typically shipped via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground.
  • Canada orders: Add 3-10 business days for customs clearance on top of standard transit.
  • Business Days: Monday–Friday (excluding holidays and weekends). Time Zone: Pacific Time (GMT-8).

3. REPAIR SERVICE SHIPPING If you are using our Service Center for repairs, shipping responsibilities depend on the service type:

  • Warranty Repairs: Shipping cost responsibility for warranty claims is determined by the main InMotion policies. Please contact customers@inmotionworld.com to verify your warranty status and receive shipping instructions.
  • Out-of-Warranty / Paid Repairs: For customer-paid services, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. This includes shipping the unit to our facility and the return shipping fees after the repair is complete. Return shipping costs will be added to your final service invoice.

Please do not ship without first contacting us to receive a case number and shipping instructions.

4. ORDER TRACKING An email with your tracking information will be sent automatically to the email address used at checkout once your package ships.

  • Split Shipments: If your order includes both a large refurbished unit and small accessories, they may ship in separate packages and arrive at different times.
  • Tracking Updates: It may take up to 24 hours for the carrier's system to update the tracking status after the label is created.

5. SHIPPING CHANGES Notice: Please verify your shipping address carefully before submitting. Because we process parts orders immediately to get you back on the road, the shipping address CANNOT be changed once the order is placed.

6. DELAYS & CONTACT

  • Holidays: Shipping times will be affected during public holidays. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
  • Assistance: If you have not received your package based on the above estimates, or if your package arrives damaged, please contact our service team at customers@inmotionworld.com.
