Every device we sell has passed a comprehensive multi-point inspection covering battery health, motor performance, electronics, and structural integrity. We certify only devices that meet our safety and performance standards — the grade (A, B, C) reflects cosmetic condition only.
All grades pass the same functional testing. The difference is purely cosmetic: Grade A is like-new with minimal wear; Grade B has light scratches or scuffs from normal use; Grade C has noticeable cosmetic wear. See our Grading Guide for full details and battery health thresholds.
Every certified device comes with a 90-day warranty covering functional defects — battery capacity loss, motor failures, electronic board failures, and charging port defects. See our Warranty Policy for full coverage details and how to submit a claim.
Yes. We ship to the continental United States and all Canadian provinces. Free shipping applies only to devices $300+ within the continental US. Parts orders, devices under $300, and all Canadian orders ship at carrier-calculated rates. Canadian customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are collected at checkout (where supported) or by the carrier upon delivery.
Most US orders arrive in 3–7 business days. Canadian orders typically arrive in 5–10 business days, plus 3–10 additional days for customs clearance. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Yes. All parts purchases include a 30-day warranty against defects. If a part arrives faulty or fails within 30 days under normal use, we'll replace it free of charge.
Use our Repair Tracker to view the live status of your device repair using your order or case number. Updates are posted at each stage of the repair process.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for devices in the same condition as received. The device must be unused beyond initial testing. Contact us at our contact page to start a return. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Yes. InMotion Service Centre is the official InMotion warranty and service partner for North America. We source devices directly from InMotion and use only genuine InMotion replacement parts.
