Warranty Policy

Every certified refurbished device sold by InMotion Service Centre includes a 90-day warranty covering functional defects. Our warranty applies to all grade levels — A, B, and C.

What's Covered

Our 90-day warranty covers:

  • Battery defects (capacity loss beyond spec within warranty period)
  • Motor failures or abnormal noise under normal use
  • Electronic board failures (not caused by water damage or impact)
  • Charging port defects
  • Structural defects present at time of delivery

If a covered issue arises, we will repair or replace the unit at our discretion at no charge, including return shipping within Canada.

What's Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from crashes, drops, or rider error
  • Water damage (submersion or riding in heavy rain)
  • Normal cosmetic wear (scratches, scuffs matching the stated grade)
  • Modifications or third-party repairs
  • Tire wear, punctures, or tube replacements
  • Damage caused by exceeding the device's rated weight or speed limits

How to Make a Claim

To start a warranty claim:

  1. Contact us at support@inmotionservicecentre.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. We may request photos or a short video demonstrating the defect.
  3. If covered, we will provide a prepaid return label and arrange repair or replacement.
  4. Most claims are resolved within 7–14 business days of receiving the device.
