1. Sponsor and Administrator

The X1 Demo Tour Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored and administered by InMotion Technologies Co., Ltd., 18/F, Building B1, Nanshan iPark, No. 1001 Xueyuan Avenue, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China 518055 ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 49 United States other than Alaska, and of Canada, who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry.

Residents of Alaska, the District of Columbia, Mexico, and United States territories are not eligible.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, representatives and agents of Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, dealers, event organizers, and advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible.

Eligibility is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial and local laws.

Note on riders under the age of majority. A minor may take part in an X1 demo with a parent or legal guardian under the separate ride waiver, but may not enter the Giveaway.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins 10 September 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends 31 October 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's systems are the official timekeeping device.

4. How to Enter

Two entries maximum per person, by any method or combination of methods.

(a) Demo event method. During the Entry Period:

• Completing the on-site attendance survey and the required ride waiver earns one entry. A demo ride is not required to earn this entry.
• Completing the linked post-ride survey using the same participant code and email address earns one additional entry.

(b) Free online method. During the Entry Period, an eligible person may submit the free online entry form without attending an event, riding, or completing either survey. One valid free online submission earns two entries — the same maximum available through attendance.

The free online form requests the entrant's name, email address, and state or province of residence for eligibility, together with a short set of optional questions about what they currently ride and what they would want in a future wheel. No purchase, payment, travel, event attendance, demo ride, survey completion or marketing consent is required, and none will improve the chances of winning.

Duplicate, incomplete, automated, fraudulent, late or misdirected submissions may be disqualified. A marketing opt-in is not required and does not affect eligibility or odds.

5. Prize

One winner will receive one InMotion X1 electric unicycle (the "Prize").

Approximate retail value: USD $3,000–$4,999. Actual retail value may vary within that range and will not exceed USD $4,999.

The Prize is non-transferable and no cash redemption is permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable.

The winner is responsible for shipping, import duties, taxes, customs clearance and any other cost not expressly stated as included in these Rules. The Prize will be delivered after the X1 is in stock and Sponsor has fulfilled existing pre-order customer orders; no guaranteed delivery date is offered. Delivery is available only within the eligible territory, by a method arranged by Sponsor and paid for by the winner.

6. Winner Selection, Odds and Notification

A potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing is scheduled for 18 November 2026. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Sponsor will notify the potential winner by email at the address submitted with the entry. The potential winner must respond within five (5) business days of the notification being sent, provide proof of identity, age and residency, and complete any required declaration of eligibility, liability release, publicity release, tax form and prize acceptance documents.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to respond within that period, or does not complete the required documents, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate potential winner will be selected by a further random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. This may be repeated as often as necessary.

7. Canadian Skill-Testing Requirement

Before being confirmed as a winner, a Canadian resident must correctly answer, without assistance and within a limited time, a mathematical skill-testing question administered by Sponsor.

8. Ride Waiver and Safety

The ride waiver governs participation in an X1 demo and is separate from these Rules. Entering the Giveaway does not confer permission to ride. Demo riders must follow event staff instructions, wear required protective equipment, meet local safety requirements, and satisfy the applicable age and guardian rules. The winner is responsible for learning and following all laws, safety guidance and operating instructions applicable to the Prize.

9. Privacy and Marketing Choice

Sponsor will use entry information to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, deliver the Prize, maintain required records, prevent fraud and comply with law.

Marketing consent is optional, separate from Giveaway entry, and may be withdrawn as permitted by law. Giveaway and waiver records are retained for one year unless a longer period is required by law or by an active dispute.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of the Prize authorises Sponsor to use the winner's name, city and state or province, likeness and Prize information for reasonable Giveaway administration and publicity without additional compensation. Any broader photo or video use remains governed by the separate consent presented at the demo.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor may cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, force majeure or another event outside Sponsor's reasonable control impairs its integrity or proper operation, subject to applicable law. Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, acts fraudulently or abusively, violates these Rules, or attempts to undermine the Giveaway.

12. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor, its affiliates, dealers, event organizers, service providers and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from claims arising from participation in the Giveaway or from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prize, except for rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be waived. Nothing in these Rules limits statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded.

13. Disputes and Governing Law

These Rules and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Giveaway are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Shenzhen, Guangdong, China.

Nothing in this section deprives an entrant of the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection provision of the law of their place of residence that cannot be derogated from by agreement.

14. Winner List and Records

Sponsor will maintain the records required by applicable law.

To request the winner's name, send a request to kol@inmotionworld.com within six (6) months after the drawing date. Sponsor may publish the winner's first name, last initial and city and state or province after verification, where permitted.
